The family of Pakistan’s former Prime Minister Imran Khan has once again been prevented from meeting him in Adiala Jail. Following this, hundreds of leaders from his political party, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), along with Imran’s sisters, held a sit-in protest outside the prison. Led by Imran Khan’s sister Alima Khan, supporters and PTI members remained outside the jail throughout Tuesday night, demanding access to the former prime minister. A heavy police presence was deployed at the site to maintain order.
