Police said a 60-year-old, off-duty, male employee of the NYC Department of Education (DOE) has been arrested for sexual abuse.

An NYPD spokesperson said that on Monday, Dec. 8, at 1.58 p.m., Kim Kiho was arrested within the confines of the 40th Precinct, which covers the Bronx neighborhoods of Port Morris, Mott Haven, and Melrose.

The spokesperson said Kiho was charged with forcible touching and sexual abuse. He is presumed innocent unless and until convicted in a court of law.
