SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Downtown South Bend and the Navarre Hospitality Group held a ribbon cutting for the new Salvation Bar on Main Street.

It's been in the works for nearly three and half years, best described as "Neighborhood Bar", where people can unwind after work or grab a drink before grabbing dinner elsewhere.

Matthew Soutra, Vice President for Navarre Hospitality Group, stated, "We think we've built a really beautiful cocktail bar.
