The Toronto Blue Jays know they need to add to the bullpen in order to get back to the World Series and ultimately win it. While their pitching staff was sufficient enough to guide them through the American League playoffs, Toronto also knows things can always be better.

While some of the top relievers have already been plucked off of the market, including Edwin Diaz and Devin Williams , there are still viable options for contenders to pursue.
