JANESVILLE, Wis. (WMTV) - The Wisconsin Department of Justice has issued a Silver Alert for a missing Janesville man believed to have dementia.

Peter Clark, 63, was last seen around 5 p.m. Tuesday near the 2100 block of North Claremont Street in Janesville. He is also a veteran, according to the Janesville Police Department.

Officials said he is around 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 225 lbs. He has blue eyes and gray hair.

The Wisconsin DOJ said Peter’s wife left their home around 5 p.m. When she returned around 7:30 p.m., Clark was no longer at home.

The missing man was last seen wearing a dark gray coat with a hood, possibly blue jeans, and blue tennis shoes, according to officials.
