Florida State is the national champion in women's soccer for the fifth time. A Rochester native is a major reason why.
Wrianna Hudson, a 2024 graduate of Greece Athena, scored the winning goal in the 87th minute as the Seminoles defeated Stanford 1-0 on Monday in the NCAA College Cup final.
Hudson also had the lone goal in Florida State's semifinal victory over TCU. After the final, Hudson was named the tournament's most outstanding player.
