New Delhi, Dec 10 (UNI) With the country’s aviation scenario getting back on track after facing major cancellations following the IndiGo issue, another carrier, SpiceJet, is now all set to have around 100 more daily flights in the winter schedule, after necessary regulatory approvals.
This follows a day after the government curtailed 10 per cent of IndiGo’s winter schedule flights, which was a step intended to stabilise the operations of the airline.
SpiceJet, in a statement, said, “We are witnessing strong and growing demand across key routes this winter, and look forward to ramping up operations to ensure adequate capacity in India’s aviation market.”
