Dubai-based Danube Properties, part of the Danube group, recently unveiled a 55-storey commercial tower for sale in Mumbai. Surprisingly, the much-hyped one million sq ft premium tower got completely sold out on the launch day itself for over Rs 5,000 crore, driven by high demand for office space. This tower is, however, estimated to be completed by 2029.

‘SHAHRUKHZ by Danube’ is being developed on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai after Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s name, at a total cost of Rs 3,500 crore. The latest announcement was made by Danube Group Founder and Chairman Rizwan Sajan in Shah Rukh’s presence at the Dubai Exhibition Centre on Tuesday. The event witnessed the participation of over 6,500 people, including real estate brokers.
