Today, we are expected to hear from a key prosecution witness in the Brian Walshe murder trial, and it appears the prosecution could be close to resting its case.

Gem Mutlu is expected to take the stand Wednesday. Mutlu, Ana Walshe's former boss, was at a New Year's Eve dinner with Brian and Ana, meaning he is essentially one of hte last people to see here alive.

And the judge indicated Tuesday that Mutlu could be one of the prosecution's final witnesses, as they are close to wrapping up their case.
