COLUMBUS, Ohio — The AP released its All-Big Ten selections Tuesday, and several Ohio State football players were honored.
Receivers Jeremiah Smith and Carnell Tate, defensive end Caden Curry, defensive tackle Kayden McDonald, linebackers Sonny Styles and Arvell Reese, cornerback Davison Igbinosun and safety Caleb Downs were named to the first team.
Quarterback Julian Sayin, offensive lineman Luke Montgomery, tight end Max Klare and running back Bo Jackson earned second team honors.
Downs was recognized by the AP as the conference’s best defensive player while Sayin was named the best freshman.
