CLEVELAND, Ohio — Sunday the Browns lost a game to the Tennessee Titans they probably should have won, but they may have found a quarterback in rookie Shedeur Sanders.
Sanders threw for 364 yards and three touchdowns against the Titans. He also ran for a score and almost pulled off a come-from-behind win. Of course it was against the one-win Titans.
Sanders has noticeably improved over his three starts, but still has things he needs to work on, such as holding on to the ball too long, forcing the ball when the play breaks down and scrambling backwards at the first sign of pressure.
Coach Kevin Stefanski named Sanders the starter for the rest of the season. It will be interesting to see if Sanders can keep playing to the standard he set against the Titans and stop the parade of poor quar
