Ride-hailing platform Uber has entered the B2B logistics space in India with the launch of Uber Direct . The new delivery service is integrated with the Open Network for Digital Commerce ( ONDC ), the company announced on Wednesday.

Uber Direct will initially deliver groceries for partners like Zepto and KPN Farm Fresh , with plans to onboard more. The company said it will also expand the B2B service to food delivery over the next few weeks, with brands such as KFC, Burger King, Taco Bell, and Rebel Foods. Prabhjeet Singh, president, Uber India and south Asia, said Uber Direct is currently operational only in Bengaluru, but the company plans to launch in more cities in 2026.
