Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) president Amarjit Singh Mehta announced that 95 per cent of tickets for the upcoming second T20I between India and South Africa at the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium in Mullanpur, Chandigarh have been sold, promising an almost-packed stadium.
Mehta also mentioned that the match will be attended by several BCCI dignitaries, as the venue hosts its first-ever men’s international game. BCCI President Mithun Manhas will grace the event.
Additionally, two new stands will be inaugurated on Thursday, named after former India all-rounder Yuvraj Singh and Indian women’s team World Cup-winning captain Harmanpreet Kaur.
