NEW DELHI: Two schools in Delhi’s Sadiq Nagar and Laxmi Nagar received a bomb threat on Wednesday, said Delhi Police.

An investigation into the matter is under way. Additonally, the school Lovely Public Senior Secondary School, located in Priyadarshini Vihar, received a bomb threat via email on Wednesday.

According to Aditya, a student at the school, they were in the middle of an exam when the bomb threat was reported, and all students were safely evacuated. “We were writing our exam, and suddenly we were asked to assemble in the ground. When we reached there, we saw students from all the classes present there. Police, Ambulance and Fire Brigade were also present there. We got to know that an email was received. All the students have been safely taken out of the school…” Aditya said.
