TGSRTC added 65 new electric buses to its fleet under the 500 Low-Floor City Bus Project, enhancing connectivity across major routes in Hyderabad. The buses offer modern safety, tracking, and accessibility features, with the remaining fleet scheduled for induction by January 2026

Hyderabad: The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation ( TGSRTC ), in collaboration with Evey Trans Pvt. Ltd., on Wednesday flagged off 65 new electric buses from the Ranigunj Depot under the TGSRTC 500 Low-Floor City Bus Project.

The 65 buses are part of the 100-bus allocation planned for the Ranigunj Depot, which now joins the CNT, Miyapur, HCU, and Hayatnagar depots as one of the five key centres operating under the project.

The electric buses will operate on major routes connecting nearly 373 colonies
