This Morning presenter Ben Shephard shared an emotional moment on Wednesday's programme as he said goodbye to a long-standing ITV colleague.

During the episode, Ben, 50, and co-host Cat Deeley were getting involved with guest Sara Davies' festive craft activities.

However, Ben made a comical crafting error when he failed to realise the paper Christmas trees needed to be sealed after applying glue.

This led to a chuckling Ben remarking: "Darren's on camera four, it's Darren's last week with me", prompting Cat to respond: "Aw!"
