DOJ Leaders Attack Eastern District of Va. Judges Over Halligan's Disqualification as US Atty

"The Justice Department should not be criticizing the judges so vigorously," a University of Richmond School of Law professor said after U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema of the Eastern District of Virginia became the latest jurist in the district to question why recently disqualified interim U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan continues to serve as the district's top prosecutor.
