THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The court order granting anticipatory bail in the second case against Rahul Mamkootathil states that there is no evidence of prima facie rape. The order of the Thiruvananthapuram Principal Sessions Court points out that there are contradictions in the complaint and the statement given later by the woman. "What is said in the statement is not what is said in the FIR. The argument that there is pressure behind the complaint cannot be rejected. The arguments regarding the delay in filing the complaint are dissimilar," the order says.
