This Erdem collection has gotten some attention, most recently on Ella Purnell , whose version of this is shorter and does not have anyone’s ATM pin code glued to the front. Frankly I don’t think either draft of this dress works without revisions — they both feel like the kind of kindergarten craft projects where everyone gets the same basic materials, and they’re following the same basic directions, but they’re five so none of them look quite right and then one kid embellished his with a posse of laser cats. I kind of want the laser cat version of this.

And with the fiery backdrop? It’s divine. She owns the joint.
