Two top Democrats who may battle for the party’s 2028 presidential nomination are getting a head start on taking swipes at each other, the New York Post reported.
Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro is standing by his words after slamming as “complete and utter bull---t” an anecdote about him contained in former Vice President Kamala Harris’ memoir “107 Days.”
Shapiro in an interview with the Atlantic was asked for his response to some unflattering things that Harris claimed happened when Shapiro was being vetted as her potential vice-presidential running mate during the 2024 White House election.
Harris wrote that the gov had asked her staff many questions, including “how he might arrange to get Pennsylvania artists’ work on loan from the Smithsonian.”
