OAKLAND COUNTY, MI -- Two Texas men have been federally charged after allegedly robbing an ATM and going on a shopping spree at Somerset Collection mall in September.

Darryl Edwards Jr. and Braylon Marshall were both identified by authorities using surveillance video, according to the federal criminal complaint.

They are accused of using a stolen Ford F-350 to rip the face of an ATM off the front of a bank and using the stolen cash to go shopping.

Hooks and chains were allegedly used to rip open the ATM and steal approximately $138,000 on Sept. 27.

The bank estimated that the robbery caused more than $80,000 in damages, according to the criminal complaint.
