HOT SPRINGS - In November, Hot Springs announced it had received three North Carolina Department of Commerce Rural Economic Development grants totaling nearly $1.3 million.

The grant funding is administered through the Small Business Infrastructure Grant Program designed to help small businesses in Western North Carolina recover from Helene.
