Obstruction of breathing/endangering: Matthew H. Asprea, 40, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:05 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9, and charged with one misdemeaor count of criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and two misdemeanor counts of

acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17. Asprea was released with tickets for Marlborough Town Court.
