MINGO COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) - A man was charged with multiple offenses in Mingo County on Wednesday.

The Mingo County Sheriff’s Office said Roger D. Wallace, of Delbarton, was arrested and charged with two counts of attempted murder, fleeing while under the influence, and driving while intoxicated (DUI).
