Country icon Randy Travis will bring his "More Life Tour" to Louisiana in late March and early April, and it will be a homecoming for his guest vocalist James Dupré .
The tour will stop in Monroe on March 26 for a 7:30 p.m. show at the WL Jack Howard Theatre; in Baton Rouge on March 27 for a 7:30 p.m. concert at the Raising Cane's River Center Theatre for Performing Arts; and April 18 also at 7:30 p.m. to play the Lake Charles Civic Center's Rosa Hart Theatre.
Travis hand-picked Bayou Chicot native Dupré to join him on the tour to sing all 16 of Travis' No. 1 singles, including "On The Other Hand," "Forever and Ever, Amen" and "Three Wooden Crosses." Travis will engage with the audience and take part in the concerts in other ways, a news release states.
