Davina McCall has married Michael Douglas in a romantic low key ceremony, just three months after they got engaged. The couple are said to have tied the knot on Friday in a ceremony attended by family and close friends.

Michael has been by Davina's side throughout her recent health battles including a brain tumour and breast cancer. The pair are said to have married the day before they attended their friend's larger wedding.

Davina has had a tough year but there was some joy when the pair got engaged in September. Speaking about their engagement, Davina confessed she nearly ruined his romantic proposal because she was "miserable".
