Calgary city councillors are being asked this week how to furnish their office digs.
Administration is recommending spending $150,000 to replace old furniture in councillors’ ward offices with new standardized workstations next year.

The recommendation is included in a verbal report to the council services committee, which meets Thursday.
The city is seeking the committee’s go-ahead to purchase “standardized suites” for the offices of all 14 councillors at historic city hall, with the funding to come from the facilities budget.
