It's playoff season in fantasy football leagues, and it's important that you get every roster management move correct if you're chasing that league championship. Every point counts, and kickers can be a valuable, though often hard-to-evaluate, source of those points. Here are three kickers you should start and three you should sit in your fantasy league this week.

Start Em'

Will Reichard, Minnesota Vikings: This week, the Vikings are coming off a 31-point performance and are facing a Dallas defense among the worst in the league. Reichard has gone 22-of-24 on field goals this year, with one miss only coming after his kick caught a Sky-Cam wire. This match-up should provide Reichard with multiple field-goal opportunities, and it will be played indoors.

Ka'imi Fairbairn, Houston Texans: Fairbairn gets his shot this week at a Cardinals defense that is among the bottom 10 teams in the league in points allowed and total defense, and the Texans are projected to score in the high 20s according to most odds makers. Fairbairn, meanwhile, is 29-of-32 on the season with all three misses from 50 or more yards. He is also attempting 2.9 field goals per game.

Tyler Loop, Baltimore Ravens: Loop is another similar kicker to Fairbairn, and is 25-of-27 this year for the Ravens, with both misses from 50 or more yards. Loop is also attempting 2.1 field goals per game. This week, the Ravens should move the ball easily against a league-worst defense in the Bengals, and Loop should get plenty more attempts.

Sit Em

Chad Ryland, Arizona Cardinals: Ryland has just been too inconsistent, missing one field goal attempt in every game over the Cardinals' last four outings, with two of those kicks affecting the outcome of the game. This week, he'll face a tough Texans defense that won't make it any easier for him to earn field goal attempts.

Joey Slye, Tennessee Titans: Slye has proven us wrong in recent weeks as he has made seven field goals in his last five outings without a miss. But this week, the Titans face a 49ers defense that will make scoring tough, and Slye has been known to be streaky in the past.

Blake Grupe, Indianapolis Colts: Grupe converted two field goals last week against the Jaguars, but this week's trip to Seattle will provide a showdown with a strong defense that will limit attempts and allow more touchdowns than field goals. It's hard to predict what type of surprises the weather in Seattle might bring. Grupe has also missed eight field goals this season.
