BATAVIA — Western Regional Off-Track Betting Corp. directors are debating the pros and cons of continuing winter harness horse racing at Batavia Downs Gaming.

WROTB Communications Director Mike DeGeorge told The Daily News that Wednesday’s racing card was cancelled by the state racing judge at 4:55 p.m. – five minutes before post time – due to weather conditions.
