Max Aarons would be open to extending his stay at Rangers .

The right-back joined the Ibrox club on a temporary basis from English Premier League side Bournemouth in the summer.

Asked if he could see himself staying at Rangers beyond the terms of his loan agreement, Aarons said: "Yeah, for sure. Playing for this club and playing at Ibrox are amazing experiences and where you want to be playing.

"I think the start of the season was definitely disappointing but I think now with the new manager coming in we've had some really good results in the league and we want to continue that.

"My own performances are a lot better. Since the new manager has come in, it’s been great. I feel really confident and I feel like I’m building in a good direction, especially my own performances.
