Andy Reid and the Kansas City Chiefs still have a chance to make the playoffs despite having a 6-7 record. At the moment, they are the 10th seed in the AFC with a 12% chance of reaching the postseason, but in a very important detail, they no longer control their own destiny.

Surprisingly, the Chiefs have lost four of their last five games, leaving them in a very difficult situation. They can no longer officially win the AFC West, as the Broncos have pulled ahead with an 11-2 record.

However, not all is lost for Patrick Mahomes and his teammates. If they want to stay alive and dream of an unlikely Super Bowl run, it all has to start with a win this week against the Chargers.
