The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Memphis District has awarded a $6 million contract to Vixen LLC to complete the Grand Prairie Inlet Channel, which will bring the Grand Prairie irrigation project a step closer to water delivery for 40,000 farmers and landowners by next summer.
