PANAJI: Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, owners of Birch by Romeo Lane at Arpora where 25 people died in a fire on Saturday, filed for transit anticipatory bail before the district and sessions court, Rohini, New Delhi, for four weeks in the event of arrest. The court didn’t grant interim relief to the Luthras, and the matter has been fixed for hearing on Thursday. Goa police strongly objected to the granting of transit anticipatory bail application. The Luthras also sought directions to Goa police to suspend a lookout circular issued against them, and that no coercive action be taken against them.
