Sheriff nabs suspect tied to string of countywide burglaries, thefts

HENDERSON CO., Ill. (KWQC) - The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office said it has made an arrest in connection with burglaries and thefts across the county.

The sheriff’s office said Dalton B. Smith of Lomax, Illinois, was arrested and charged in connection with the burglaries.

Smith is charged with felony burglary, felony theft and felony possession of burglary tools.
