CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- Charlottesville held its 28th Grand Illumination on Wednesday, where it was packed with performers, community members, and of course, the holiday spirit.
Plenty of vendors lined the Ting Pavilion area, handing out holiday treats and crafts like meat pies, hot cocoa and fun glass vases. Kids lined up to take pictures with Santa Claus and the crowd sang along to some holiday classics.
