CLEVELAND, Ohio — A U.S. marshals task force arrested two suspects accused of robbing and fatally shooting a man outside a Cleveland restaurant in June.

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Dominick Newby, 20, and Jayshawn Collins, 19, in the 1100 block of East 58 th Street in Cleveland. The pair were wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of Patrick Carner, 34, of Maple Heights.

Carner was shot on June 17, outside of Angie’s Soul Café in the 7800 block of Carnegie Avenue. After the shooting, paramedics transported him to University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, where he later died.
