The Amazing Race has been sending people on a mad dash around the world for nearly 25 years.
In each season of the CBS competition series, which first aired in 2001 and is hosted by Phil Keoghan, teams of two (apart from season 8, when teams of four took part) compete in a worldwide relay race, hoping to become the first to arrive at the end of the final leg to win the $1 million grand prize .
