A survey of 17,000 Australian under-16s by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation found that 75pc of will continue to use social media, getting around current restrictions, and just 6pc believe the ban will work. Only 9pc said they were in favour of it. Realistically, these are the people who are most influential on whether the ban will work.
