HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ohio -- A Cleveland Heights woman, 33, was arrested for OVI after officers observed her vehicle swerving on Wilson Mills Road around 2:45 a.m. Dec. 7.

Because her two children, 7 and 12, were inside the vehicle, she was also charged with child endangerment. An open container charge was added after officers located an open container of alcohol.

A family member was called and came to pick up the children and the woman was returned to the station, where she took a breathalyzer test that registered three times the legal limit.

The incident was reported on the Cuyahoga County Child Abuse and Neglect hotline.
