The London High Court has ruled in favor of former Brigadier (retd) Rashid Naseer in a defamation case filed against YouTuber and former Major Adil Raja, declaring all his allegations false, baseless, and malicious.

Express News that the court ruled the allegations made by Adil Raja in June 2022 were not supported by acceptable evidence and were based solely on slander for character assassination.

According to the ruling, the London High Court has directed Adil Raja to pay £50,000 (Rs1.87 million) in damages to Brigadier Naseer, in addition to covering legal costs.

The court also ordered him to immediately pay £260,000 (Rs9.72 million) as interim expenses. It stated that all financial obligations must be settled by December 22, 2025.
