IndiGo has announced Rs 10,000 travel vouchers for passengers who were severely affected during its major operational disruption between 3–5 December, with the airline acknowledging that several flyers were stranded for hours. Refunds for cancelled flights have been initiated, including bookings made through travel partners. The vouchers - valid for 12 months, will be issued in addition to compensation mandated under government rules.
