ROCHESTER — While the cost of home ownership can seem out of reach for hopeful first-time homebuyers, Peggy Carter said she might have the answer — Fairway Village on the Green.
The housing development in Rochester overlooks the Rochester Country Club golf course. Developed by Stabile Companies, it features 30 new construction townhomes and 12 fully renovated residences, all with two bedrooms, according to Carter, a Coldwell Banker Realtor.
Carter said she is excited to offer first-time homebuyers discounts on interest rates and the chance to be part of the New Hampshire Housing Loan Program through Fannie Mae.
