President Donald Trump says the United States seized a massive oil tanker off the Venezuelan coast on Wednesday. Now, the Venezuelan government is accusing the U.S. of “blatant theft” with video showing the moment an elite and armed Coast Guard unit was seen rappelling out of helicopters onto the deck of the tanker on Wednesday.
