New Delhi : A court here on Thursday dismissed the transit anticipatory bail pleas filed by Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, co-owners of the ‘Birch by Romeo Lane’ nightclub in Goa, where 25 people died in a massive fire last week. The brothers, recently detained in Phuket, had sought four weeks’ protection from arrest on their return to India.

Additional sessions Judge Vandana dismissed the bail plea, and a detailed order is awaited.
