NEW DELHI: The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Thursday announced the opening of ticket sales for next year's ICC Men's T20 World Cup, setting entry-level prices at "historic low" to increase access to the tournament. Ticket sales started at 6:45pm IST, with prices beginning at Rs 100 in India and LKR 1,000 in Sri Lanka, according to an ICC press release. The 10th edition of the event will be co-hosted by India and Sri Lanka and will run from February 7 to March 8 across eight venues. The tournament will open with Pakistan playing the Netherlands in Colombo. West Indies will face Bangladesh in Kolkata, and India will play the USA in Mumbai.
