Taylor Swift made an appearance on The Late Show on Wednesday night as the pop icon stopped in to talk with Stephen Colbert about her upcoming releases. The 14-time Grammy winner has her new 6-part documentary, The End of an Era, dropping on December 12.
While chatting with Colbert, Swift addressed common complaints she receives about blocking other artists or camping out atop the rankings like she has with her new album, The Life Of A Showgirl.
“There are also corners like, ‘Give someone else a turn! Can’t you just go away so we can talk about how good you were,’” Swift joked. “I don’t want to.”
The documentary, which releases its first two episodes on Friday, goes in-depth and behind-the-scenes of Swift’s massive Eras Tour. Her tour spanned nearly two years with the singer performing 149 shows across 51 cities from March 2023 to December 2024.
There will be also be a new version of her Eras Tour movie — also available on Friday on Disney+ — that was filmed primarily during her final show in Vancouver.
