A YouTuber has travelled the length and breadth of the UK looking at estate agents' listings in his quest to find the UK's cheapest properties . In his travels, David Burnip has viewed some truly decrepit properties. But the condition of one two-bedroomed terraced house in Bolton , Greater Manchester completely stunned him.

The house, in the Leverhulme Park area, was completely filthy, with walls thick with mould and ceilings filled with cobwebs. But shockingly, as he toured the "utterly revolting" house, David learned that the previous tenants had vacated the property just three weeks ago.
