CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A settlement has been reached in the legal battle between NASCAR and two race teams over antitrust allegations , according to multiple reports.
Jeffrey Kessler, the attorney representing 23XI Racing, owned by basketball icon Michael Jordan and longtime racer Denny Hamlin, and Front Row Motorsports, reportedly told the court on Thursday that the case had been settled.
“I’m pleased to say the parties have positively settled this matter in a way that will benefit the industry going forward," Kessler said, according to a report from The Athletic .
