Creighton volleyball is set to play its third-straight Sweet 16 and possibly its second-straight Elite Eight all under first-year head coach Brian Rosen.

A lot of programs use the word family, but the Bluejays put it into practice. And it all starts with Coach Rosen.

Spend any time around the team, and you'll likely see his wife Angelica or daughters Bryce and Brady, and the bonds they've built are a big reason why the Jays are still playing in the Sweet 16.

"They just make the journey what it is. Angelica, my wife, has been with me through everything from a high school coach making $3,000 a year to being the head coach at Creighton about to play in the Sweet 16.
