A ruthless killer has pleaded guilty to two charges for his killing of a marijuana dealer in the back of a van in July 2024, prosecutors announced last week.

Marcus Pittman, 30, pleaded guilty on Dec. 4 to discharging a firearm and causing a death through the use of a firearm, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York said, in connection with the kidnapping, robbery and murder of a man only referred to publicly as John Doe No. 1. He faces at least 10 years and as much as life in prison when sentenced.

Pittman, aka “Nacho” or “Cheese,” was the last of six men to plead guilty in relation to the case. The government said the crew came to New York from Baltimore to rob marijuana sellers.
